At China Unique Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of package delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@chinauniquemart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide instructions and a return address.
Refunds & Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, China Unique Mart will cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
